I am excited by all the activity I have had in the past 2 months on the oceanfront here on the Big Island, and I am especially happy to showcase these two favorites of mine, both of which are still available.

This first oceanfront home (MLS# 239830) has its own private boat dock!

The first home I want to talk about is a Vladimir Ossipoff mid-century modern island design with a superb location, coupled with the simplicity of a day gone by. To me, that speaks relaxation.

We are seeing lots of activity on the oceanfront Big Island right now. A true story I like is that, when the recent tsunami hit Hawaii, I had a buyer and agent arrive the morning of the tsunami, in fact within a few hours, to view my listing. The buyer viewed the property and proceeded to buy it. Obviously, it was on a dry lot.

It?s important to find a specialist when looking for real estate, and oceanfront is my niche market.

This last home (MLS# 246082) is in the small beach community of Puako and has its own beach with turtles sleeping on most days! It is bargain priced, so I had to rush over and look for myself. Don?t delay if you have interest in this one as it will sell fast at this price!
